What makes a mentor
To become a Career Climbers Mentor you must:

Currently / Previously been employed at a leading company in one of the industries we cover (Consulting, Financial Advisory, Accounting, Tax, Risk, Investment management).

Be able to commit 30 Minutes (or more) a week for calls with candidates.
