Why We Exist
Founded in 2022 by a Healthcare Clinician whom had scaled the NHS career ladder from band 5 to 8 in just 9 years because she already had a system to control her nerves under interview pressure with a framework and strategy to answer any question on the spot, regardless of direct experience.
So why help others?
Because our founder was sick of seeing great clinicians fail to get the job they deserved, beaten by people that do not do a better job than they do, BUT they performed better in the interview.
This is keeping people stuck at a band they are outperforming and worth more than.
The Pressure Proof Interview Method has been packaged to help you overcome this.
Our founder has been advised to sell coaching packages for this between £2.5k to £10k, and those options are available for 1-1 services. However, Sam wants to help everyone and decided she is going to ignore the advice and provide the Pressure Proof Interview Method full system for a lot less than £500.
