Established in 2022 we pride ourselves on helping a broad range of healthcare professionals, looking to refine their non-clinical skills and boost career growth.
Born from a search for strategies to improve interview performance back in 2008, which evolved to helping colleagues in healthcare locally since 2013.
The tipping point in 2021 was witnessing so many great clinicians failing at interviews for jobs they were more than capable of.
Sam, our founder, decided enough-was-enough and set about writing The Job Is Yours - UK Healthcare and developed the application and interview performance skills as an online course, with additional local workshops for clinicians to practice their skills.
To present day, where the Career Climbers System has been robustly built not only to get you through an interview with confidence, but to enable you to plan and flourish in an environment that can be notoriously difficult to progress in.
When competition is so high, opportunities scarce and being the best person for the role means nothing if you cannot demonstrate it in writing nor interview performance.
